Swedish Hello from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan

I am half Swedish and half Finnish. I love to cook and bake. I have an awesome recipe for Swedish Rye Bread that was handed down from my Grandma Minnie.

I would like to try Grandma Minnie's recipe for Swedish Rye Bread.  I have been using a recipe from Mike Avery, http://sourdoughhome.com/newbohemianrye.html, for Deli Rye or as he calls it New Bohemian Rye.
