pizza crust

I am in the process of buying a pizza shop. The place use to be a Domino's and has one of those conveyer belt pizza ovens. I am trying to come up with a good dough recipe to cook, faster the better, the cook time 8 mn or less really about 5mn. Anybody with ideas I welcome.
