Hello!
First...what a cool site/forum. So glad it's here.
I have been been baking for a while now. Sometimes very well and sometimes...well, baking is a little science and a little luck and sometimes it just doesn't line up right. Mostly though Ive done pretty well.
Ive been baking and cooking as long as I can remember and started out helping my Granny. I've been solo baking now and getting more "serious" about it for about 15 years.
I orginally came came looking for info on what and how to handle a Amish friendship bread starter that I made and threw in the fridge after day 10.
So....HELLO! And I look forward to learning a lot here.
