I PANINI COCCODRILLO
Cari Amici,
oggi ho preparato un bel cestino di soffici Panini, mia figlia li adora e me li chide spesso, voi cosa ne pensate?
Sono un ottimo accompagnamento per una zuppa di verdure calda ed autunnale; sono straordinari con prosciutto, formaggio ed insalata, ma sono anche stratosferici con la Nutella.
Che dire.....non vi resta che provare a farli e magari, se ne avete voglia, fatemi sapere come vi sono venuti.

Ciao, Anna. Sono molto belli i suoi pannini. Sono interesata in questo stampo che ha usato per la formatura. Io non habito in Italia, ma magari Lei sa dove si possono trovare questi stampi online? Le sarebbe molto grata.

per produrre questi panini io non ho usato stampi di alcun tipo ed ho spiegato proprio ieri con un ulteriore Post, come si realizza tale forma.
Per facilitare tale operazione, esistono però in commercio stampi per panificatori professionisti che risultano essere molto utili, un'ottima azienda, ad esempio è la MARTELLATO, alcuni suoi prodotti sono in vendita anche su Amazon.
