Artisan bread in Five Minutes
I used the recipe of Brioche in Artisan bread in 5 Minute, and here goes the amazing result, for a first timer at Brioche, I am proud of the final product. Made loads of these loafs and Tete and send out to friends and family beside having it for breakfast myself. Check out more images here.

This brioche is filled with Hazel nuts, cranberry and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar
This is the formula of basic Whole Wheat from ABin5 and I have rolled in it, sautéed onion, garlic and sprinkled poppy seeds.
Basic wholewheat ABin5 recipe, I have rolled in some chopped black olives, sundered tomatoes, and red jalapeños.
This one is wholewheat and rolled inside is cottage cheese, jalapeño and chopped basil. topped with cheddar
What a treat are these breads! Your images capture the colors and textures beautifully, I can almost smell them! But how in the world to choose? Mmm, I think hazelnut brioche for now, thanks!
