Vermont sourdough is one of my favorite formulas. I have only done it with rye. I have done sourdough with whole wheat, but haven't tried this exact formula. When I made it I used white whole wheat and it was tasty. But I missed the rye flavor. I really like the Vermont sourdough with increased whole grains. Again I have only done it with rye flour, but I wonder what it would be like with a combination or whole wheat and rye.
