Picture of 100% whole wheat with milled berries?
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could post a picture of their whole wheat bread with 100% milled wheat berries. I would like a picture to compare mine with, so I can see the crumb. I am not sure if my results are coming out correctly. The bread is completely different than the kind I get with commercial whole wheat flour. I don't know if what I am doing is right or not. Thank you very much! His post helped a lot. I guess I am on the right track, just needs some fine tuning. Commercial flour must be a completely different animal. I didn't realize how significantly different they would be.
