Hi,
I'm Johanna from Griffith NSW and I love baking bread.
I have a bread machine (don't hit me!) and used it for a long time, but have been on my hand made quest for about a year now. What doesn't work goes to my chooks and they convert it to eggs. Win - win!!

If it doesn't work for me it goes outside on a tray on the table. From there it goes to magpies, thrushes and blackbirds. What happens after that is a mystery :P
I use my bread machine for kneading... and then when the dough is nice and smooth, I do the rest of the process by hand... my chicks get the mistakes too.
