Challah - from the oven and the grill
Seemed like a good day to try some challah.
Both leavened with wild yeast. Traditional round baked in a cloche.
5 braid baked on an outdoor grill. Both delicious.

pizza on the grill - you are brave! They look great and perfect for Rosh Hashanah. Well done and happy baking.
I often try to take a cue from the calendar to guide my bread formula. Because I can't bear to turn on a hot oven in summer, and can't bear not to make my bread, I have been baking on the grill for months.
A few surprises and needed modifications but nothing not edible and I have developed a technique that works pretty well for me. Thanks for the comments!
