How much CFM does the fan of a gas brick oven need to be?

I have a gas brick oven that will have a direct vent to the roof of my building.  The existing vent itself is massive for this oven (15"), and the fan is large too but I want to use them because they are there.  I don't know how big the fan is or what its CFM rating is, but I want to know in general what CFM rating a brick ovens fan would need to be?  We're talking about 200,000 BTU, and this is the oven http://www.bakrico.com/details.asp?pro_id=47.Any ideas?

the above link should help you calculate CFM

Have you got a fresh air source as well?

Ask the manufacturer.  Gas Furnace installing folks should know something that will help you.  Even fire inspectors know something about it.

The manufacturer is not answering the question and so I'm not getting a straight answer.  I'd like to calculate it myself if possible, my engineer keeps asking for the spec sheet which (but there isn't one).

I'll try gas furnace installers and fire inspectors, thanks!

I'm trying to determine my fresh air needs, I do have a source right now but I'm not sure if its big enough.
