Discovered The Fresh Loaf from Peter Reinhart's description in the Bread Baker's Apprentice. After poking around the forums for the last two weeks, I made my own couche and purchased bowl scapers and a scoring knife from a home improvement store. Many thanks to the contributors who put so much information in the posts!
