Happy baking, from Philly!

Hi everyone, greetings from the City of Brotherly Love,

I always loved making bread at home but only really developed a deep passion for it very recently. I am studying to get into medical school and bread-baking is my way of alleviating the stress of exams! I love that bread appeals to all ages, and am so excited to see people from allover the world are a part of this site. But I also hope we can revive an appreciation for baking and bread that I feel is lost in my age group (I am 25 years old), particularly in the United States. Looking forward to soaking in all sorts of knowledge from everyone. Happy baking!
