TFL member featured in Bread Magazine
TFL member Phil Agnew (PIPS) , was featured for a second time in an interview for Bread Magazine - summer 2014 edition (Published by: Jarkko Laine - also a member on this site).
Basically, he still is the head baker at Jocelyn's Provisions - Brisbane - Australia. I enjoyed the interview. Just thought of sharing this with you.
A couple of editions earlier, another TFL member was interviewed by Jarkko: Txfarmer.

It's nice to see a fellow 'Brisbanite' being recognized for his special skills. Jocelyn's Provisions is a beautiful shop.
Of course it should read Brisbane and not Bribane!
He does have some special skills.
