Hi Hi... :o)
Hi, everyone! This is a wonderful website!
I'm a beginner baker and new here. I recently started video-editing as a hobby and have done a tutorial on a very easy bread recipe. Please check it out and I'd appreciate any feedback, either about the recipe itself (if you've tried it and what you think of the result?) or the video (was it easy to follow? too long? too short? any problem understanding my strange accent? :oP). Thanks! Jo.
hi! :) I think your video is easy to follow, clear and informative! Those rolls look yummy! :D I'll try your recipe!
Thank you for your feedback! :o)
Its very clear, good videography and lighting, with nice use of text. The way that you scripted the video is excellent, I can easily follow these instructions. I give you high marks for a job well done. I can understand you very clearly, where is your accent from? Mine is from California and New York.
Thank you for your comments... :o)
I have a very confused accent. Asian-Anglo-American is probably the word for it. I was born in Taiwan, then moved to America (California!), then moved to England. Most Brits think I sound American, Americans think I sound Asian, and Asians think I sound more English. :oD
I could hear elements of each and thought that it was my imagination. In this case your accents make you sound more universally appealing, you speak clearly and confidently, and scripted your presentation perfectly, offering just the right amount of words for me to understand what is needed to do without over-talking any point, so I could focus on your hands. (I'm an engineering consultant but have have the privilege of consulting on a few films so I find film/video making fascinating.) I hope that you produce a lot more baking videos for us.
Thank you for your kind words. :o)
Yes, I plan on making more videos. I am almost finished with a 'scone' video. It's a very unusual recipe that contains no egg, milk, or butter. Will post that on this forum when it's ready.
That sounds very interesting. I love them but am clueless as to how to make them, I'd really like to see yours, I just can't wait!
