Yellow Crumb
Check this out: crumb from ciabatta:
Wow. What a yellow crumb! That's what happens when you mix very little, s & f 4 times, and don't shape! Beautiful. And yellower than Ken Forkish's ciabatta!

The crumb makes me think about picnics and camping in Italy.
Can do just about anything with it from laying on eggs and cheese to butter and jam for breakfast, thick soups or tomato sauces or garlic butter. Heck, even ice cream and toppings! Noticed your blog post as well. You're really coming along in your bread journey. :)
like it just did mine leaving a "Subject" with no "Comment." The first thing to do is back page and copy your comment. Then go down and click on save. Then it reposts. --- at least that is what worked for me.
the comment is missing there too. So I have just trained mself to hit the edit tab, then select all and then copy to copy my comment to the clipboard before hitting save. If the site blows up all I have to dois copy from the clipbard to the comment again. Someimes i blows up again but I still ahve a copy in the clipboard.
What if your Clipboard blows up?
Not ever, no not once so no worries.
What was really cool was viewing it not under the light where some of the cell walls had little streaks of light yellow in it.
