Hello from the UK.

Been lurking on here for a few weeks but thought I'd sign-up and say hello.

Been making bread for a few years on-an-off, tend to go through spates of making it regularly for a few months then easing off and buying it again for a while, then starting to make it again. Usually it goes with the seasons, and when autumn-winter (having the oven on for a couple of hours is better during winter time!) and summer comes round stopping. But at the moment it's boiling hot, but I'm in the mood to make it!.

 

Anyway, thought I'd say hello.

I am in the UK too and I LOVE baking with Sourdough Starter.

Just looked at your Beer yeasted Bread and it looks fantastic.

Hi, I'm another UK-based baker.  I bake both yeasted bread and sourdough, using mainly Shipton Mill flour.  Welcome to TFL!
