For those of you who don't know what a "Krispy Kreme" is, it is a doughnut shop. They have a huge red neon sign at all of their locations that they light up when the batch of doughnuts comes out. It simply says "Hot Now". Recently, I heard that there is a "Hot now" app that you can get to alert you when the doughnuts are fresh at your local Krispy Kreme shop. Their "Original Glazed" doughnuts are famous around here. They are a slow-rising yeasted doughnut that is deep-fried, super-soft, not-too-sweet, and sugar-glazed (there goes the not-too-sweet!) while still hot.
