A Moveable Feast

Although primarily a lurker, I thought I would share this for the benefit of Grand Rapids, MI residents:

In the spirit of full disclosure, Brennan Summers is my brother.  He already owns the truck, so he will absolutely be in business (however long remains to be seen) in Grand Rapids in a few months.  He will be baking his own bread (I gave him the recipe) and serving the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever eaten in my entire life. 

I'm not really schilling, as I believe he will be fully funded before his deadline, but SW MI residents should keep an eye open for his truck & give it a try.  He really is a fantastic cook/baker.
