Which oven should I buy?

Hi everyone: I am new to this site, but have used it to research which mixer to buy. My Ankarsrum is fabulous. Thank you for the advice. I just realised I should have posted this as a forum post, not on my blog for this site.

I will someday soon buy a new oven to replace my convection Jenn-air. I have space for a standard oven - any bigger would mean tearing out the cabinets in the island in my kitchen, which I don't want to do! I would love a commercial oven that injects steam, but size is an issue. Cost isn't really. The current oven runs on electricity, but we have natural gas, so that's an option. Does anyone have any advice?
