Hello from SE Nebraska

Hi, I'm Dan from SE Nebraska.  I've been baking bread since about 1980, using sourdough for the last 20 years.  I'm retired and am getting seriously serious about bread baking.  Found this site and joined.  Looking forward to all the reading and learning.
