Milled and sifted emmer
Hi.
I have tempered emmer-wheat and ground it into flour and sifted it through a sieve.
I wonder what extraction rate people think this is? Judging by the picture.
How much bran have I sifted out here? The bran is in the jar to the left.
How about weighing everything? Then you would know for sure.
