Hello from Brooklyn, NY!

Hi Everyone!  I am a novice bread maker.  I made my first loaf this weekend and I was very surprised at how simple and rewarding it is to make bread.  What I love about this site is how well organized it is, how many informative categories there are to peruse, and how easy this site is to use. I am looking forward to learning how to make an excellent loaf of bread and maybe contribute some useful information once I get some more bread baking experience.  :)
