Good brotform information
Go to this site in Germany to choose your brotform. Then click on the brotform you like and it'll display a chart listing the serno of the brotform along with the bread's final weight. While they're made in Germany, you can order them thru TMB Baking in San Francisco with two shipping options: 1. by mail and 2. by container with takes longer and costs much less.

They're stuff looks great. However Herbert Birnbaum's site offers a little more variety. Take a look at the ones with the diagonals incorporated into the 'forms.
