Hello from Hawaii

Hello my name is Casey and I am pursuing artisan bread baking.  I am thankful to be a part of this group with people that have a passion for baking. 

I have always baked items, but without knowledge and process behind the recipe.  I find my pursuit exciting and intriguing.  I thought  I would begin with a baguette since the while family loves it.  Well, it has been quite an adventure.  I think I am just beginning to learn to work with hydration doughs.

I have to admit baking in Hawaii without all the handy stores with reasonably priced tools make Amazon a necessity As well as TJ MAXX.
