Tequila Sachertorte
I've prepared a Sachertorte with Tequila instead of syrup. I hope Franz Sacher forgives me.
Combination chocolate-tequila is amazing.

tequila - Everybody in Vienna would sure like to try a piece of that piece of art :)
I tried the real Sachertorte in Vienna 20 years ago. I was a kid, I don't remember the taste, but this is a classic cake, so I've eaten it in almost every country I have visited. I think the best thing you can do with a classic recipe is to make all the changes you want with your favourite ingredients. Tequila and chocolate match 100%.
