searching for flour milled in europe
I live in California, and I am searching for any place that sells flour or bread mixes from flour>>>> that have been made from wheat and milled in Europe Australia, or New Zealand. If you know of any american or canadian source that sells to the public, please let me know. thanks

I have seen Italian flour available in European delicatessen. Are you trying to avoid GMO foods or is there a quality that European flour possess that make it more desirable than it's North American counterpart.

Thanks for your comment, Gerhard, For dietary reasons I wanted to try eating wheat products from Europe. I have talked with people who were able to eat bread and pasta with gluten when they traveled in Europe. When they ate American wheat products with gluten, they had digestion problems . The same situation exists with me.

Start with pasta then, unlike flour, imported pasta is extremely common.
