Floyd I have a problem,

Floyd it seems that Ive managed to mess up my log on.  As you can see I'm logged on twice but when I log out, one of the log on stays on though I cannot seem to log out on the other account.  (Hope this makes sense, I tried to contact you  with out a post but cant seem to do that either, I hope you can help me and I am truely sorry if I did something wrong
