Marble rye bread
this loaf is my second attempt baba BBA book! this recipes gives a soft and flavorful loaf for sandwich or eat alone. Gonna have it with tomato and cheese for breakfast tomorrow.

Is this bread suppose to have an open crumb or small holes like mine? Mine is not dense but its not very fluffy either.
a sandwich bread so the pores should be small, like they are in your loaf. And the blisters look fantastic too
Nice looking loaf. Some pastrami would work or corned beef on this beauty!
