100% Kamut Sandwich Bread
This is a quick version. No sourdough, no sponge, just yeast. In 2-3 hours it's done.
- 450 gr kamut flour
- 300 ml water
- 9 gr salt
- 3 gr instant yeast or 9 gr fresh yeast
