Love the red crust you achieve so often. Is it the potato flour?

Beautiful loaves. One of my favorite breads to bake is a cracked wheat and honey too although I cook the cracked grains in oatmeal fashion prior to being added the final dough. Makes a wonderful dough to work with and bake. Its a favorite for a lot of the people for whom I bake. Yours looks delicious too. Actually all three look delicious :)
Tanks for the post!
Take Care,
Janet
You make some of the tastiest, most appealing looking loaves Wingnut. That reddish coloring you manage to achieve on them has a lot to do with it, but your flavour combinations, crackly crust, and open celled crumb are wonderful as well. Nice bread..I want one!

all the way around as well as inside and out. That is the way bread should look and they ahve to taste as good as they look. Well done wing!
Easy people, all this praise could go to my head!
Your kind words do mean a lot to me, but I am just a simple bread baker. To make this type of bread on a large scale is beyond my function.

Wingnutty. Nice loaves man! The chipotle/manchego cheese has me wanting.
Dang fine loaves. If you ever venture this way for fishing, you will have to bake me a couple of those and insert them directly into my yap.

As long as you show me some of that amazing water so I fish it mate.
