A legjobb kalács.

 

200 ml langyos tej

3 evőkanál cukor

1 tk só

50 g puha vaj

2 tojás sárga

100 g joghurt

600 g liszt

20g élesztő

+ 1 tojás a kenéshez

200 ml of warm milk

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tsp salt

50g butter, softened

2 egg yolks

100 g of yoghurt

600 g flour

20g yeast

+ 1 egg for lubrication
