Would anyone have any advice on how to approch reatil outlets? I would like to find a selct few to carry my biscotti but would really like some advice on how to go about it..

Take samples, talk to owners of cafes, pizza shops anythink Italian, hotels, B&B's.
i will hit the streets LOL!!!
