state of bread in America when some customes think the SD bread is stale - even when cooled right out of the oven:-) Bread-ucation of America is in order! Maybe TFL can help.
I visit NC 2-3 times a year over the last 19 years. It doesn't surprise me that much. It's hard to find anything resembling artisan bread so it's nice to hear about these 2 places that are making a go at it.
Very creative bread going on there! Waste not want not. :)
