those look great. Olive bread is one of my favorites but the ladies of the house don't like it for some reason - it must be the salt.
What recipeare you using?

110 grm KA White Whole Wheat
425 grm Warm H2O
329 grm 75% Hydro Starter
14 grm Kosher Salt
300 grm Mixed Olives, Rinced well drained and squeezed between paper towels

I'm not an olive fan, but your bread looks great with a nice open crust and crumb.
Must taste real good....if you like olives of course :).

Forget the knife, just let me pluck off the roasted olives slowly savor them and tear the loaf apart! Wow!
