Salutations

Hello there! I am so excited I have discovered this website! I just recently started baking breads, and have only made a few loaves. Not counting quick breads, I've only made a couple of white breads and challah. After each attempt (not all successful, ha ha ha), I find my excitement and enthusiasm to try again and/or something new growing. Now that I'm poking around this website, with each click I think to myself "oh, must try that! Oh, I would LOVE to make that! Hmm, I should start a list!"
