a day in the life
Hi there friends been a long time between posts and a long time between bakes, its been us baking not the bread, some seriously hot weather here in Perth Western Australia.
Anyway a good chef friend of mine sent this to me this morning our first cooler day this side of Christmas and i thought you might like to share it it too

This is an amazing video. Worth watching the whole video. As I am agonizing making two loaves of bread, this baker makes a plethora of awesome looking bread. I was exhausted just watching him. Thanks so much for sharing this. This dude obviously loves his work.
