SHB meaning
Hi, Fresh Loafers,
Have been reading some TFL entries and the acronym SHB is mentioned here and there.
Can anyone tell me what it stands for? (my guess is Serious Home Baker?)

You are correct, J. That term is used on the BBGA (Bread Bakers Guild of America) forum to differentiate between the pros and the home bakers who are members.
