Bosch Universal users

Does anyone have the stainless steel bowl? I usually use recipes with 1000 + grams of flour. I HATE the center post on the plastic bowl! I know the Bosch isn't good with small amounts of dough so my concern is going up to a bigger sized bowl and not being able to do my 1000 g recipes. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
