If you have a minute, can you explain why I got 2 postings for Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins? I'm not sure what I did wrong and I hate to waste space and people's time with a double posting. TY

You probably hit the button twice. It is easy to do, particularly when the site is being slow.
Oh wait... hang on... I see. Actually, one node gets created when you upload the image just to store the image on. The other node gets created when you post in the forum. So you didn't double post, but, yes, two posts get created. That is the way the software works, no error on your part.
Those muffins sound good.
