Hello from Maine

Hi all - I have baked bread since I was a kid but very inexpertly.  I wandered onto this site searching for recipes last winter and find all the post very informative.  This fall I made I just built a WFO and checking out more recipes recently.    I am enjoying dipping into more challenging recipes.
