Input on what members use when mixing. Do you use the hook or roller and for what types of dough.

I found this video to be extremely helpful. I use the roller as shown in the video, set the timer, and walk away. Complete success every time. I use this method with my sourdough bread and pizza dough, as well as multigrain breads (pumpernickle, for example). Hope this helps!
