Converting from cups to grams
When I convert a recipe from cups to grams, and say in the Herbs de Provence recipe, do I include the alcohol as part of the percentage of water or is it different?

Excuse me. I meant the recipe for Pain de Provence.
Yeah, the alcohol contains water, so it certainly factors into the hydration.
