Starting a new blog

Hey all,

I've started a new blog called All Things Wheat -- and stuff. 

Basically I want to showcase my breadbaking and pasta/noodle making etc. But I am also a trained chef and sometimes need a sounding board which I plan on using the blog for as well. 

Since the blog is fresh I am open to anyone contributing content to get some things up and readable. If anyone is interested in doing some writing/critiquing or whatnot let me know. Full credit will be given to the author, pictures would be nice but not required if your writing is done well. I can do a final edit but nothing will be posted without the author's consent. If anyone is interested please let me know!
