Glad to at this exciting site (which btw I have used in the past and found to be a great resource). My interests are in perfecting the no-knead or gentle knead bread with a wild culture!

One of my favorite places to visit (used to live there); you sure have a great choice of wonderful artisan bakeries.
Sounds like a good plan - perfecting a sourdough no-knead. I wonder if Jim Lahey holds classes...
