Smores Focaccia?
I read all the time about Savory Focaccia and they say use your imagination as for what toppings to put on it. So, I decided to try to do a Sweet Focaccia instead of Savory and thought "Who doesn't like Smores?". I'm using fine ground Graham Crackers, that I grind by hand in my mortar and pestle, as a portion of my flour. If I get it perfected I will post the recipe and hopefully some pictures. Wish me luck.

Actually, my friend Rudy and I are getting everything in line to open our own Artisan Bakery and we are working on some sweet recipes that kids will want Mommy and Daddy to purchase along with the regular bread. Also, Rudy and I are on the Board of Directors for a local Children's Charity Organization and once we get the Bakery open we want to be able to host Free Bread Making Classes for the kids. We thought that making breads that are kinda like dessert would be more fun for them so we are working out the recipes.
