Banana bread & using frozen greek yogurt...
I purchased quite a bit of plain greek yogurt when it was on sale (2) weeks ago. I froze what we didn't immediatley need in the original unopened containers. Can I thaw and use in a banana bread recipe or will the consistancy be too altered and make a mess of a quick bread recipe?

Just "thin" the yogurt to a usable consistency with a little milk or water. Do it all the time.
