Real Deal Brooklyn Bagels

Though I lived in Manhattan, the smell of a fresh-baked New York bagel cannot be duplicated.  Ahhhh.

My bagels pale by comparison but it might be a good day to make some bialy -- those I can make!

great video.  The food police in NYC would shut them down  for the salt alone!  Pratzel's in St Louis, actually I think it might have been in Clayton or Olivette, is my bagel fondest memory and fix - Tzitzel and Challah too !
