Mini Cocotte ?
I received two mini cocotte casseroles for xmas from someone who would like me to make bread in them. These can be used up to 500º. Before attempting to bake bread in them, has anyone tried these? Can I expect similar results to La Cloche?

I tried these mini casseroles for two different breads today. They worked well but I didn't grease them and the bread stuck in pretty hard. Next time I'll either grease or use parchment.
These will be great for giving small loaves to friends.
