Hi all,

I came across a minche recipe I want to try and it calls for Purple Wheat Flour. Does anyone have experience buying Purple Wheat Flour??

What is the name of the company that makes the flour, is it the Anita's mill?

Do you live in B. C. ??

My recipe also call for purple wheat flakes. Anitas does not have these flakes. Do you also have a source for purple wheat flakes??
