whole w heat buttermilk bread
I baked my favorite earlier today, Buttermilk whole wheat. Just in time, I was almost out of my black bean bread, and rather tiring of it too. I didn't forget the butter this time, and it made a nice difference in crumb texture.

Is this from Laurels Kitchen bread book?
If so, that is one of my favourites ... They look fantastic. Soft crumb and sesame seeds.

Yes it is from Laurel's Kitchen Bread Book. Thanks again for the nice words Phil. This bake came out well. Soft moist crumb, and wonderful aroma. The flavor is great. Happy to hear you like it as well.

Hi Jim, Thanks for the A+. The buttermilk flavor makes it good on its own, but most times for breakfast, it's PB&J. the jelly, or marmalade, is low sugar. I like Olivio, as well. For sandwhich making almost anything works fine. Thanks again,
